📋 House Rules & Fees

  • Respect & Privacy: Be courteous to guests in other units.
  • Check-In/Out:
    • Late checkouts disrupt cleaning schedules.
    • Late checkout fee:$100 per 30 minutes past scheduled time
  • Pet Policy: Pets are allowed but must be added as human guests to your booking.
    • Unregistered pet fine:$30/night, retroactive to check-in
  • Smoking: No smoking indoors. Outdoor areas are designated.
    • Indoor smoking fine:$200 or maximum allowed by law
  • Cleanliness: Keep your unit tidy.
    • Excessive mess fee:$150
  • Quiet Hours: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
  • No Illegal Activity: Guests are responsible for their group.
    • Violation penalty:$500 + legal fees

📜 General Policies

  • Guest Behavior: Be kind, respectful, and considerate.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages.
  • No Commercial Use: Unless authorized in writing.
  • Commercial Vehicles: Not allowed without approval.
  • Laundry & Linens: One set of linens and one towel per guest are provided. Guests do their own laundry during the stay.
  • Foul Odors: If persistent odors are detected, management may enter the unit. Strong odors may result in removal without refund.
  • Management Discretion: We may enforce rules based on smell or disturbance without needing photo proof.

❌ Cancellation Policy

  • 60+ Days: Full refund
  • 30–59 Days: 50% refund
  • 14–29 Days: 25% refund
  • 7–13 Days: 5% refund
  • Less than 7 Days: 2% refund

🔁 Extending Your Stay?

  • Rebook online before 10:00 AM on your checkout day
  • Text us to ensure your cleaning fee is refunded
  • Refund issued within 5 days of your reminder (must be within 30 days)
  • If rebooked after 10:00 AM, unit won’t be cleaned and fee is nonrefundable

💳 Credit Card Authorization

By booking, you authorize charges for damages, late checkouts, unauthorized pets, and any rule violations.

🔒 Enforceability Clause

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, all remaining terms still apply.
