Extra Parking

We offer a limited number of extra parking spots (A–D) available for daily rental. These spaces are ideal for trailers, RVs, side-by-sides, boat trailers, or additional vehicles.

• Each space is approximately 9.5 feet wide and 37 feet deep.
• When booking, select your spot (A, B, C, or D) and choose your vehicle type from the dropdown list.

RV Guests Please Note:

• RV guests do not receive a dock slip unless they’ve also booked a unit in the 4-plex.
• However, all guests renting parking spots are welcome to use the dock for fishing, enjoy the beach, go swimming, and access our laundry facilities.
• A water hose hookup is available across the street (attached to our 4-plex), but no RV-style electrical hookups are provided—this is off-grid RV parking.



Though the setup is simple, the location is unbeatable—right on Gull Lake, near the water and next to Ernie’s. This is the perfect base camp for outdoor adventures in the Brainerd Lakes area.
